We meet at your lot or ours to talk through your goals, timeline and budget. If you don't own a lot yet, we'll help you evaluate options before you buy.
Lot Evaluation and Feasibility

We review zoning, setbacks, topography, tree ordinances and utilities, so there are no surprises after closing.

Design and Pre-Construction

We work alongside your architect, or introduce you to ours, to develop plans priced as they're drawn. Design and budget move together.

Construction
You receive a line-item budget and a clear contract, cost-plus with a guaranteed maximum. You'll know exactly what's included and what allowances cover.
The principal oversees your build. You'll get weekly progress updates with photos and monthly budget reports, and we'll walk the site with you at each major milestone.
We walk every room with you before move-in and stand behind the work with a 1-year warranty and responsive service after closing.
